Meet The Founder
Derrick Heydon has been a DJ for over 15 years and began his career by packing dance floor at nightclubs in San Diego and Los Angeles while he was stationed nearby with the United States Marine Corps.
Since then, Derrick has continued to rock parties allover the United States, from coast to coast, and began focusing primarily on weddings and private events when he moved back to Lincoln, Nebraska in 2014.
Over time, he has built a strong reputation as someone that is "personal, friendly, and creative" and is widely respected by his peers in the wedding industry, both locally and nationally, as an innovative leader by introducing new technology at events and turning Crown DJ's into a growing team of amazing DJ's that will make your party truly remarkable!
