Should I tip my Wedding DJ?

Updated: Dec 2, 2020

And, if so, how much?

Most couples tend to struggle with this because there's no rulebook about how much to tip, when to tip, what vendors do you tip, what vendors do you not tip...

It can be so whole confusing!! (Especially when you're trying to stay on budget)

For some of your vendors, such as bartenders or food catering, there may be a gratuity fee listed on the contract. But most of your vendors don't mention this on their contract, which doesn't mean they're not expecting something around 10 to 15%.

Just know that tipping your Wedding DJ is optional... It's entirely up to you and it can be anywhere from $50 to $150 at the end of the night.
