Why your Ceremony needs a DJ
Updated: Jan 28, 2021
A great Wedding DJ will be able to do more than just make your reception the best party ever.
When you're planning out your entire wedding, you might not be aware of all the do's and don'ts but one of the most overlooked things by most couples is the important role a DJ can play at your ceremony.
#1 Music
First, think about the impression that you want your guests to have when they arrive at your ceremony because the music you have playing will help with this and your DJ should be able to pick out the perfect songs based on your preferences.
Plus you don't want to be walking down the aisle to dead air, right?

#2 Advice
If you're like most couples, this is the one and only time that you'll be getting married and you want it all to be perfect. Your DJ should have plenty of experience to help you with areas that you might not have thought of when it comes to your ceremony and make suggestions based on past ceremonies that they've worked at.
#3 Schedule
You want to make sure that you have someone can oversee the entire
timeline so you don't have to. Your DJ can assist you with keeping everything on time and running smoothly.
#4 Equipment
Non-traditional weddings in the park or a backyard don't exactly have the best arrangements for a ceremony. You'll need a DJ that has experience working in this kind of environment to so that you guests can hear the officiant, Bible passages and vows.
